Upon receiving the first 10 pages of the LTB package by fax, I go to LTB where I pick up the copies to be served, I serve them on the Landlord (in their mailbox), and following legal advice I file a Request to Shorten time, which is immediately denied without reason. I serve the documents on the Landlord then file a Certificate of Service with the Board. All these documents can be found in the PDF below.
