On February 18, 2014 I received email correspondence from "Mr Smith" with a list of demands, marked "Without Prejudice." I do not believe it was sent with a genuine desire to negotiate, but nonetheless, I shall grant it that protection and not publish it here, pending a court decision to the contrary. Eventually, "Mr Smith" agreed to send me a copy of his Application TSL-49396-14 "as a courtesy," which he did on the next day, February 19. Unfortunately, attempts to test if the application actually exists yielded no result, suggesting it is a hoax (http://go.zodian.net/balmoralhoax1):

This is rather odd, especially when seen in conjunction with his record and his stated belief that he does not have to serve me with any documents.
